We've been made aware of some "Zone Your Home" Training coming up for parents and care givers which may be helpful for those who missed the Zones of Regulation sessions delivered in school.
The 2-hour session will explain self-regulation and co-regulation and highlight the basics of using The Zones in your home. It will explore how to set up check-ins and visual supports, identify triggers, build a toolbox of regulation strategies and create daily structures to help your child and family thrive.
The dates/times for the live sessions are: 13 July 2023, 12-2pm or 26 September 2023, 11am-1pm (GMT) (please note the times on the webpage below are American Central Time).
A recording of the training will be available for viewing 30 days after its live air date.
