Thank you to everyone who came to our Summer Fayre on Saturday 24th June. We had fantastic fun, despite the cool, windy weather. We had a Bouncy Castle, Hook the Duck, Bat the Rat, Bottle Pull, Sorry Stall, Cake Stall, Guess the Name of the Dog, and Second hand stall, to name but a few, as well as a Raffle with some absolutely amazing prizes. We also had some great refreshments - Spicy Pulled Pork rolls, and delicious cream and strawberry scones. A huge thank you to everyone who helped and who came to spend money at the Fayre. We raised a superb total of £900, which is a huge amount for such a small school, and testament to the amazing generosity and support of our school community.
The money is to go towards replacing the Interactive Whiteboards in Class 1 and Early Years with more up to date and reliable SMART boards. The money has been very timely , as the whiteboard in Class 1 has just stopped working. We hope to have it replaced ready for the new term. We are also working towards raising enough money for a portable SMARTboard, which can be used in the Hall and the Learning support room.
