Welcome to Healthy Lifestyles week! We have an action packed week of fun activities, with activities on the hour every hour, Yoga, Dance, Drugs Awareness, Healthy eating, Mental Health and some fantastic family challenges! Please see the Family fitness challenge sheet below to see how your whole family can join in with the fun. We will have a look at the end of the week to see who has been trying the hardest, including the teachers! A lot of fun, with a very serious message, to try and instill healthy habits from  young age that will see your children on to the path to good health for their whole lives.
